We removed the downstairs carpet from the bedroom and added solid red oak 3/4" hardwood. Scraped and stained to match the existing floor. Removed the upstairs carpet and installed Resista Plus EVP luxury vinyl laminate plank with built in cork underlayment. Last, but not least, the color coated master bedroom was very light in tone so we stained it to match the existing floor.
